1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• For Clothing and Apparel Products:
• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order without any penalty.
• If you wish to cancel an order after 24 hours but before it has been shipped, a cancellation fee of 10% may apply to cover processing costs.
• Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details on how to return the item after delivery.
• For Custom or Made-to-Order Items:
• Orders for custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once the production or design process has begun.
• If you wish to cancel a custom order before production has started, please contact us immediately. A partial refund may be issued at our discretion, depending on the progress of the order.

2. Order Cancellation by Dhwani Choksi

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following cases:

• If the product is out of stock or unavailable.
• If there are issues with your payment method or billing information.
• If the shipping address is incomplete or inaccurate.
• In case of any unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling your order.

If an order is canceled by Dhwani Choksi, we will notify you immediately via email or phone and provide a full refund to the original payment method.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

• If your order is canceled within the allowable cancellation period, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• If a cancellation fee applies, the refund will be processed after deducting the applicable charges.
• In the event of a canceled custom or made-to-order item, partial refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on the progress of the order.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

• We will confirm your cancellation request and proceed with the necessary steps as per the policy.

5. Modifications to Orders

If you wish to modify your order (change size, color, or design) within the first 24 hours, please contact us immediately. Modifications after 24 hours or after production has started for custom orders may not be possible.

6. Exceptions

• Orders placed during special sales or promotional periods may not be eligible for cancellation. Please refer to the specific terms of the sale.
